Terms of Use

Service Reservations

You can make a reservation via email by sending an inquiry to info@bohinjmountaindreams.com, after which we will send you an offer. An inquiry or our offer alone does not constitute a confirmed reservation; your confirmation of the reservation or our offer is required for validity. If we do not receive your confirmation, the reservation will be considered not completed.

Reservations can also be made through the website, including payment by credit card. In this case, your reservation will be confirmed and paid immediately once you complete the payment process.

If children are staying with you, please indicate the number of children and their ages. Based on this information and other reservation details, the price of the arrangement will be displayed. By making an online reservation and payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Cancellations and Changes

All changes, cancellations, and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@bohinjmountaindreams.com. A cancellation becomes effective on the day Bohinj Mountain Dreams receives the guest’s email.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival: the guest receives a 50% refund of the prepayment.
Cancellations made 14 days or less before arrival, or in case of no-show: Bohinj Mountain Dreams retains the full prepayment.
Bohinj Mountain Dreams reserves the right to define different conditions for changes and cancellations depending on circumstances. The guest will be informed prior to confirming the reservation.
In case of early departure, the remaining days of accommodation will be charged in full.

Detekta d.o.o. reserves the right to cancel services in the event of force majeure.

House Rules and Guest Guidelines

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is generally available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged upon request (please contact us at least 24 hours in advance). These services are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Peace and Respect for Other Guests

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to behave quietly and respectfully throughout the property. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially during nighttime hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted in the apartments, wellness area, or other indoor spaces. Guests who wish to smoke may use designated outdoor areas or the balcony on the first floor. Violations of the indoor smoking ban may result in additional deep-cleaning charges.

Liability for Damage

Guests must treat the property and equipment with care and consideration. In the event of intentional damage or negligence, we reserve the right to charge for repair or replacement of damaged items.

Safety and Personal Belongings

Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings. Bohinj Mountain Dreams is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items unless it is proven that this is due to our negligence. We recommend storing valuables in a safe or keeping them under your supervision.

Pets

Pets are allowed. Please indicate your pet during the reservation process or contact us directly.

To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines:

All dogs are welcome.
Only one pet per apartment is allowed.
Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier in public areas.
Pets must not be left unattended in the apartments.
Pet owners are responsible for any material damage caused by their animals.
Pets are not allowed in the wellness area.
In case of excessive noise (e.g. barking) disturbing other guests, we may unfortunately ask you to leave the apartment.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a pleasant environment for all our guests.
A pet fee is charged according to the current price list.
